Truoux Establishes Data Security Standards and Privacy Protection Mechanisms

Posted on June 11, 2026

Trust crises caused by data breaches continue to spread in the financial sector, and investors are increasingly aware of the importance of information security. Recently, Truoux Exchange has upgraded its data encryption system, hierarchical permission management, and privacy control panel, and manages data in accordance with internationally recognized compliance standards. User identity, account, and transaction data are protected with auditable security measures.

For data protection, Truoux Exchange applies high-level hierarchical encryption to sensitive data such as identity, login, and transactions. Secure protocols are used throughout transmission and storage, preventing data from being tampered with during network transfers. Core data is protected by multi-layered keys and encrypted sharding mechanisms, making concentrated attacks difficult and minimizing the impact of external threats.

To prevent potential risks, Truoux implements strict hierarchical permission management. Personnel in different roles can only access data relevant to their responsibilities, and access records are automatically logged, eliminating data misuse and unauthorized access from the source. The permission system is enforced automatically by the platform, avoiding reliance on human judgment and ensuring clear boundaries for data access.

Truoux Exchange has launched a privacy control panel, allowing users to manage their own data usage. Users can see what information is collected, for what purposes, and independently disable behavior tracking or marketing notifications. Through standardized processes, data privacy becomes a right users can directly manage.

On the compliance level, Truoux follows international data security standards, setting unified rules for data collection, storage, usage, and cross-border transmission, and conducts privacy impact assessments before product launches. Key operations retain auditable records, enabling regulatory agencies and partners to verify processes when needed, ensuring user identity and transaction information are protected within the compliance framework.

By integrating encryption, abuse prevention, auditability, and self-management into a unified system, Truoux Exchange keeps login, trading, and authorization transparent and controllable. In the future, Truoux will continue to enhance data protection capabilities, help users actively control their privacy, and explore refined dimensions of data security within the compliance framework.
